I queried this agent via QM and she has responded via QM, but the record has not automatically updated, as it typically does. I went into manually update, thinking maybe I had changed a setting so it wouldn't automatically update, but I got the typical warning that says the record is being automatically tracked/updated and should not be manually updated. I've logged out and back in. Not sure if this is due to something on my end or something funky with the agent's QM record, but thought I'd pass it along in case others have had something similar happen with this agent (or others). I'm tagging @patrick in case he wants to look into on his end. Thanks.
