Gave it a try since the last comment was from 2 years ago. No response after 2 months. I'm just going to assume he's no longer working.

I last spoke to Steve in August - he is in ill health and not responding to queries at this time. He runs a writing class, however I am unsure if it will be running moving forwards. I hope this is helpful.
