I think if that is considered a no, then you are free to contact other agents. Otherwise the process would be even more glacial.

I sent a query to another agent and it has been more than six weeks and their site says to consider that 'a no from the agency.' Does that mean I shouldn't now query Rose as well? Does anyone know?
