Hey guys, just a community note for authors looking to query this agent. He explicitly says that he doesn't respond unless he is interested. So the people who actually got rejections and then called them impersonal are the few who got any formal rejection. At an agency this prominent, this agent simply doesn't have the time to answer everyone who queries him. That is simply how the industry works sometimes. I hope this helps someone, and remember that a rejection does not define your writing. You just need to find the agent for you. <3
