Thank you for thinking of me for XXX. I enjoyed this concept, but unfortunately, I didn't feel immersed in the story as much as I'd like to take this on. Publishing is incredibly subjective and I am sure you will find a home soon. Don't give up.

Such a kind rejection. I wish she gave me a bit more insight on why she didn't feel immersed, but alas. We move on!

Disclaimer
Always verify agent's information before sending your query, and review the agent's website(s) for more up-to-date information.
Though we do our best, QueryTracker can not guarantee the accuracy of any information provided.
An agent listing on QueryTracker is not an endorsement or recommendation of that agent by QueryTracker.
Before contacting an agent, authors should verify and assess the agent's requirements and suitability by visiting the agent's website(s), and becoming familiar with ways to spot and avoid bad agents. A good place to start is Writers Beware, a watch group that helps inform and protect authors from shady practices.
Does this mean it's okay to submit to another agent if one passes or not to submit to more than one AT ALL? The first half reads like they don't want more than one at a time, but the other half reads like they are a "no from one is a no from all" agency. Anyone have a definitive answer?
