So, I got a rejection with the only note being that she doesn't review queries that have been sent to the other two agents at ASH. Great. Except, I've never queried either of the other agents there. I can't message saying that, I suppose, since there isn't an option to once the query has been closed. Has anyone else had this happen?
It would appear everyone else is also getting this mistake in their form rejection. Yikes! Glad it was a glitch and not just me, though, haha.

Was rejected because I apparently queried the agency before even though my records show that I haven't. Also, querytracker doesn't allow you to query multiple agents in the same agency anyways. Looking at other comments, this is just unprofessionalism at its best.

This happened to me as well just now! I received this message: "Thank you for sending your work my way. I appreciate the opportunity but I don't consider queries that my colleagues at ASH have previously reviewed, so I will have to pass. Do note that a pass from one of us is a pass from the agency as we share queries among us."
I guess this was meant to be a form rejection.

EDIT: I reached out to Paula and heard back that it was a glitch on their end. Anyone who got the "I don't consider previously viewed work" when Paula was your one and only Query to the agency, can rest easy knowing it was a mistake.
