@WVfantasy I don't think she takes true genre fantasy, but she says in her MSWL she likes books with speculative elements, and she takes magical realism, which is probably why she has fantasy listed on QT (magical realism is a very specific subgenre of fantasy). I wouldn't send her a high fantasy, but I tried her with my historical fantasy as she takes historical fiction and my book has lots of themes she likes. I selected "Speculative" because fantasy is technically speculative fiction.
