Hey, @Jbanas! It's actually pretty standard for agents to only be open for short periods; some will open for 'x' amount of days or 'x' amount of queries and close to keep on top of things. The best thing to do is make sure you're tracking notifications on QT - I find that works far better than checking my emails!

11/11/2025: Got the email on Sunday 11/9/2025, she's open and likes thrillers. Went to query 11/11, and find her closed. I think the only faster interval would be when the traffic light turns green and the guy behind you honks.
