I don't know if this will be helpful or not but I actually have a full out with this agency. I had queried Miriam Kriss when she was still with IGLA and got an e-mail requesting the full from Isabelle on her behalf as her assistant. They left IGLA and I had never heard from them so I assumed it was a ghost.

Then this past January I received another e-mail from Isabelle explaining that they were starting this agency and re-requesting the MS as they had lost access to what they had at IGLA. I did a little digging because I was initially skeptical but she requested the MS by name and mentioned a few accurate details. I haven't received any communications since then but that's not uncommon on a full so at this point I'd say if this is some kind of scam it's very elaborate and it seems odd they haven't asked me for money for something by now if that were the case.

Did we scare this agent away with our speculation about her existence? According to her timeline, she hasn't responded to a query since June 24.

TLDR Comments, I queried Ms. Isabelle Ralder. I let all the conspiracy theorists figure her out. In the meantime,I am not expecting anything from this agent. I just spent out my 250th query for the Fantasy sci-fi genre as a whole of which 80% is all rejections.

@writer99. I'm not sure. Sometimes agents have enough clients and those clients could already be linked to multi-book deal, so those agents might not need to make sales (there could be other reasons as well), but like I said, I'm not sure. There are probably far better people to answer that question because I don't have a PM account anymore, so anything I can see is usually a profile created by the agent.

For those wondering what is going on with this agency, I have been snooping around Twitter and it seems that Miriam Kriss has made her first tweet in 3 years on 6/17/24, which isn't even close to her record of time elapsed between tweets. Between the change of Isabelle's picture and Miriam's surfacing on Twitter, both occurring within a day or two of each other, I don't know what to make of this agency, but it seems that maybe our concerns have elicited a response from them. I'll end with this. Miriam has been a top agent for a long time, so anyone that might be lucky enough to sign with her would be in great hands.

@shabaescaba While we're on the subject, Miriam Kriss hasn't posted any sales on Publishers Marketplace since 2021. Does anyone know about that? She was VP of Irene Goodman before starting her own agency so I'm wondering if that info is out of date.
