@CJRamadani maybe, I feel as though if you’re using QM it’s still a little weird to throw that on there, especially when other agencies who want that kind of legal control have their own forms. I’m also a lawyer by trade so it just raises red flags to me

I recall seeing and reading legalease on the page where you submit the form. There was a link that took you off page to their legal and user agreement. Perhaps it is referring to and in alignment with that, which you accept by submitting the form?

Q: 6/25/25
Follow Up: 9/17/25
Rejection: 9/17/25
Very nice rejection! The only red flag I'd say is the "Release" she puts in her post-query message. That Release isn't legally binding since you're not told about it or shown it prior to sending your query in the first place. I found it a little scary that a document that purports to be legally binding is only sent/shown to you after you send the query.
Otherwise, very kind and I would query again :)

In case it might be useful to know, I originally submitted through her email on July 17th, but noticed she recently made a request to someone who queried through the form, so I resubmitted with the form with a note about how I apologize for submitting twice. Curious to see if it will make a difference!
