I did not receive a ticket/receipt after submitting via the online forum. Is that normal for this agency? Typically I get an email confirmation that the agency has received it.

This might be a silly question but how are you all notifying the agency of offers and fulls? I can't find an email on the website. The form appears to be for new submissions, am I missing something? lol. Thanks!

Update: I found the get in touch button on the about us page. Hopefully that's correct because that is what I did.
Update, again: Apparently you can click on their profile picture and an expanded wishlist will come up and they have an email address listed.
