I had previously queried a different agent at PS Lit, but never received a response, which I took as a "No From All" per the agency's guidelines.
However, an agent at a different agency passed but referred me to Carleen (and a few others), with permission, of course.

I'm disappointed. I pitched to Carleen at an event in early May and she requested I formally query her. I waited until 5/27, not realizing she left ArtHouse, and received a form rejection from her former agency on 5/29. I would love to query Carleen at PS Lit, but I queried another agent at PS Lit the same week and their policy is a no or no response after 4-6 weeks means it's a no from the agency.

7/30/25 Update: I listened to Ep. 2 from the new season of Flublishing. Carleen said that her new agency's policy is to not respond to queries unless requesting the manuscript. Therefore, a no after 6 weeks truly is a no, and otherwise do not expect to receive a rejection email.
