Submitted in May, 77k horror novel. Got a rejection response today (August 13), she mentioned she found quite a lot to like but didn't quite connect with the synopsis. Honest and kind. The fact that she takes the time to write these is incredibly generous of her. I'm certain she's a very busy person.
