While querying this agent, I did see this on their website, which can be a red flag for a lot of writers:
"If we do request additional material, we may request the opportunity to review it exclusively for one month."
Something to keep in mind.

It's been my experience, if an agent is interested, they will reach out to you in a matter of hours or days at most. This whole, wait six to eight weeks while sitting on your hands is nonsense. I've logged this agent and agency as a DO NOT QUERY; we take the time to do this, the least an agent can do is read it and reject it, not keep us waiting.

"Thank you for considering me in your search for representation. My sincere apologies for the delayed response!
I greatly appreciate the opportunity to read your query for [TITLE]. Unfortunately, I must pass. While intrigued by your pitch and the overall premise of your story, ultimately, I didn't connect with your project quite strongly enough to believe I would be the best advocate for you and your work. I'm sorry not to have better news.
Again, thank you for sharing, and I wish you the best of luck!"
Might be a semi-personalised rejection. Grateful to get a response.
