Queried via email. Guidance is a bit vague on the website so submitted standard query letter in email body with synopsis and first three chapters as attachments.
Per Substack post on 12 June, appears that they are slowly progressing through the backlog. (Fascinating how many people don't use QueryTracker and aren't represented in the 'Reports' numbers!) Anyways. Seems great. Fingers crossed.
