Is she still at this agency? I don't see her on the agency website.

9/7/21 EQ
9/15/21 PR (she asked for 3 more chapters, while in the midst of reading my first 10 pages--according to her email)
10/2/21 R&R on a partial: she gave me great feedback and I'm so happy to work on her notes and send it again to her.
10/12/21 submitted my revised partial. Fingers crossed, this agency definitely reps this kind of book!
11/10/21 Another partial request! She likes what she sees but she wants to see a scene that depicts the heart of the story (after she requested an R&R showing higher stakes re: the inciting incident.)
11/11/21 submitted a second partial, different chapter from later in the book
2/15 haven't heard back yet, after a gentle nudge. Really hoping she responds at some point, after so much back and forth. I thought I had momentum there for awhile.
5/12/22 Well, after all of those back and forth interactions, she ghosted me. Which makes that the most unprofessional experience I've had thus far. I understand ghosting happens, but she wrote several emails to me, so I know she could have sent a simple rejection. Not cool.

04/04/2022 - Hmmm, relatively quick (7 days), but curious, response. She suggested changing the first line of my YA story, and that was pretty much it. I suppose I will take it as a no. It was perhaps the most mysterious no I ever got, but very polite. : )
