Given the comment about president of Prospect Agency, Emily Sylvan Kim, is everyone comfortable querying other agents at this agency? I'm not so sure.
Posted on this agent's Comments section: Emily Sylvan Kim is currently being sued by one of her clients for breach of fiduciary duty.
Tl;dr she is accused of giving her client's books to another author to pick through for parts, which she then (per the lawsuit) stole and sold.
