For those unsure if they should wait for a reply, Lexie posted this on her Manuscript Wishlist:
"***A NOTE FOR QUERYING AUTHORS***
I will be closed to queries from October 15th until January 1st as I work through my queue. If you have not received a rejection by October 15th, you can safely assume that your query is in line to be requested during this closure period."
So absolutely worth waiting if you haven't heard from her by then!

Queried through Query Tracker but she requested that I send my manuscript via email as an attachment. Saw another writer on here say that she requested that for them and it was helpful to see that was not unusual for her.
