This was the most personalized rejection I've ever received. Honestly, I was blown away at the time this agent spent to provide me with such a thoughtful and intentional response. It kills me to know that she really liked my sample pages, providing specific strengths, but she ultimately worried the concept wouldn't result in serious interest from editors. I'm still hopeful I'll find the right champion, but any authors that get to work with Krista will be incredibly lucky!
