I'm posting this one on behalf of a younger author of my acquaintance who's not on QT. It's more personalized, probably because of the person's age.
"Unfortunately, (Title) isn't what I'm looking for right now, so I'll be passing with regrets, but I encourage you to keep writing! Your opening pages make it clear that you're (already) a very competent writer, but I wasn't as drawn in by the concept as I wanted to be, perhaps because I worry that it won't stand out in a crowded market. That's obviously a me problem, so it's very possible another agent will feel differently."
