Submissions page does not clearly state geographic limits. QueryManager specifies “No US submissions” and states they represent authors living in Australasia/South Pacific or originally from there. Not open to authors outside that region.

I was asked to submit my complete manuscript shortly after sending my initial query, but unfortunately it wasn’t accepted. Now I find myself wondering: how can I be certain that my work wasn’t rebadged or published by someone else? And more importantly, what steps can I take to properly protect my intellectual property?
