Don't waste your time with this agency. Highly unprofessional. They are purely concerned with the estates of previous bestsellers. They could care less about you or your manuscript and will dedicate zero time to you/it. They're open to submissions, it seems, purely as a guise to continue functioning and seem relevant.

Andrew took the time to read my manuscript and gave me very detailed feedback. I am so grateful for his kind and constructive criticism and agree with his take on it. I am revising based on his notes.

Dear XXX,
Thank you for the opportunity to read a synopsis and excerpt of the above-mentioned work. Unfortunately, having carefully considered your proposal, I am not confident we would be able to place your work successfully with any of the publishers with whom we work most closely. Today’s market, as you must know, is fiercely competitive.
I remind you that I am only one in a sea of agents and that this is a highly subjective business. Another agent may respond quite differently to your work. I would therefore encourage you to get as much feedback as possible before choosing a course of action.
Nevertheless, I thank you for thinking of this agency and wish you the best in finding the right representation for your work.
Sincerely,
Andrew Lampack

Rejected over genre categorization of Paranormal; target audience Young Adult, neither of which are explicitly stated in their website. I was still told I "didn't read it", which is entirely projection on the part of this agent. Unprofessional. Take this as the kind of chaff you need to separate from the actual wheat of this industry. If the agent doesn't bother to read your cover letter, even the first couple of lines, he's just not a very good agent and he's never going to do a good job with your intellectual property, let's face it.
