Submitted, he requested more. I submitted more. Then sent a contract already signed and said "I would like to represent you."
I then requested a call, had some follow-up questions, let other queried agents know, etc. All industry standard.
I emailed to let him know I was ready to move forward and accept, then he emailed back and said "After much thought, I don't think I'm the right agent to represent you. I wish you the best of luck."
The contract and offer were sent on 2/1, call happened 2/12, follow up questions sent on 2/17 and were responded to on 2/19. Email accepting the offer and requesting an amended contract to sign was sent on 2/20. Email rescinding offer recieved on 2/22.
