Queried today but no acknowledgment of receipt. The only link was to my email address which is part of my signature and on the cover page for my novel? Would that emailaddress.com be enough to block the query? I dont want to spam with a repeat query but also don't want it to be undelivered.

I didn't receive a confirmation either. I wouldn't worry about it, some agents just don't set up autoresponders. And when a message is blocked, a notification is almost always sent. Usually something with "Undelivered message..." in the subject line.
