I tried four times to submit the completed online form, but it always gave me a popup box that said it couldn't be submitted at this time. 6/27/23

Regarding pasting your first three chapters into the form (as louza9 mentioned), I found it easiest to add an extra space to each paragraph break in Word before pasting it into the submission form.

Does anyone have any hints about filling out SSL’s submission form? When I cut and paste my Query letter, synopsis, writing sample, etc, their form does not accept my formatting. I’m using Word. It translates into a tiny, nearly unreadable font with no spaces between paragraphs, no indentation—it’s a mess. Any clues in how to keep my formatting?
