**** update/answer below the question ****

Q:If you have submitted a query via email to Ms. Jessica Papin (or anyone at DG&B) did you get an email confirmation that your query was received?
I've received the conformations from other agencies but not this one (or this person).
Per their query guidelines, I resent my Q after 8 weeks of no response and I'm wondering if it went through. Thanks

A; For literary representation, please follow our guidelines for submissions by referring to our Agents page (http://www.curtisbrown.com/agents/) for information about each agent’s interests and specific submission requirements.

Submit to only one agent at a time. If not accepted, you may submit to another agent.

Nudged with Offer of Rep 6/1/22
Decline with very nice note 6/2/22, saying she mostly reps nonfiction and doesn't have the bandwidth to take on new fiction clients

at the same agency as Jane Dystel and they prefer only one query to the agency

FYI Dystel Goderich & Bourret does not allow you to query another agent at the agency after you have been rejected by one of them. A rejection by one is a rejection by all. I recommend waiting to query them until you 100% sure you have a winning query letter and a solid submission and then sending to your top pick, because you only shot with them.
