YIKES, not going to query someone who only accepts snail mail. It's disrespectful of my time and, hey, stamps aren't cheap these days! Hard pass.

Justin is basically Ms. Wood's assistant, a legend in the agent world, but takes very few new clients.
Patrick, You might want to change Justin's genres, as per Spectrum's website:
"He is accepting submissions in science fiction, mysteries, and a select amount of nonfiction."

Wow. No comments here in months. 10/19/11, I've queried him. Today I've heard from him--he doesn't feel he's the right agent to rep my work. I'll try him this spring for Chain Reaction.
1/14/13--I queried Justin via snail mail. I'm closing it out as a no response (to my nudge).
7/12/13--I get the official rejection from Justin. He said he's not the right agent for me.
