I had to change the query status myself instead of it automatically being tracked; I think submitting here sends the query to the whole agency, which makes sense since their website said "a no from one of us is a no from the entire agency."
Edit: So when I auto-tracked the rejection, it marked Ben Miller-Callihan as the rejection, not Courtney. Either way, a no from one is a no from the whole agency haha
