Yes, her QT does state that, WhatAWriter, but she actually hasn't been open, as far as I can tell from the comments here, since August 1, 2024.

@ScribbleM I'm fortunate to have had some success in the indie horror world, so editors I've blurbed books for will occasionally ask me to pitch them. This is the first time I've had interest in a pitch though.
