@dclawr, the best thing to do is to watch their QueryManager forms for when they open. Which will also be shown here shortly after they open their forms.

On Twitter, she said all the agents were closed to queries during the transition to her new agency. (I thought she had said they'd open soon but went back in and couldn't find that comment.)
