@claxton looks like they've been closed since 2017 but I could be wrong :/

How long have they been "Temporarily Closed to Submissions"?
07/19/2018 07:28 AM
Has anyone heard anything about them reopening? I know they've been closed for almost a year as of next month.

Thanks so much @delilahnoduh!

@Eliza_f, this year, they've been closed since at least late summer... I do think it's temporary but I'm not sure if they said when they're reopening.

Does anyone know when they open to queries again?

(It seemed like they were closed to queries this time last year, then opened again in Jan, but I'm not sure if anyone else remembers this)

07/03/2017 - From the firm's website: . At this time, we only consider picture book submissions from author-artists (someone who is both author and artist of their work, not a team).

EQ: 2/18/17 - Queried the agency, not Josh specifically, through their online form.

Same thing happened to me @karareynolds. Is it just me or are agents/agencies getting worse and worse regarding queries? I can send 100 out and 80% of them never even get read.

I queried Josh Adams on 12/6/16, and today received a form R from Lorin Oberweger.
Does that kind of situation bug anyone else? I don't mind an agent passing my work along to another agent, but unless they want to read pages I don't need to hear from someone I didn't query. Just me?

Their website mentions strictly children lit, no adult.
86 days, no response, closing this one out.
08/27/2015 05:23 PM
Does anyone know if this agency represents adult? The website states they represent all ages and genres, but elsewhere and almost every interview they mention just children's/YA.
