Confusing rejection as it lead with "congratulations" and being excited about my next steps, though there are no such steps to report on unfortunately, it was the standard not the best fit response. Sounds like might've copied the wrong text, not sure what happened there. Recording this here incase anyone else receives the same and is similarly initially excited, then quite confused.
