@argenthellion their website states on the submission page to only query one agent at a time.
"Please only submit to a single agent at one time. If an agent has passed on your material, you are then welcome to send to another agent."
They aren't a large team, so I imagine they will pass around submissions if they feel it works better for a different agent.

Submitted a query two weeks ago, still awaiting responce.
Took to submitting the query to another agent within the same agency,
got INSTANTLY TURNED DOWN due to that agent claiming I already
have a query pending with another agent in the agancy.
Since you have an internal rule implemented that querying one agent
within the agency prevents us from querying another agent and turns
into an automatic denial, at least have the curtesy to point that out in
your opening submissions statement.
