Thanks JoConklin. I'm starting to wonder about this agency as well.

Does anyone know if this agency is still in business? Their Twitter account has been deleted, there's been no FB activity from them since Jan 2021, and no Publishers Marketplace activity since 2020.

I embedded the first chapter. CNR @ 54 days--there's just her so that's it for the agency.

This is the first agent/agency i have ever seen that does not give any guidelines for what a query submission should look like - everyone else specifies whether they want the first three chapters or five pages or thousand words, whether to attach as a doc or paste into the body of the email, etc. I'm happy to do whatever they want, but they do need to tell us!
I ended up deciding to just send my standard cover letter, with no synopsis or sample pages at all (no attachment, nothing pasted into the body of the email beyond the actual query letter itself). Curious if that's what others have done, or did you include a sample chapter?
