@catherineelcik when you CNR someone on QT it only closes it and moves it on your end, nothing changes on the agents side. I've gotten responses after I've CNR'd agents several times, one at 444 days! You actually have to officially withdraw the query, which then sends them a notification. I've done this as well.

Question about CNR. When we make that designation does it withdraw our queries? I'm itching to CNR a few agents to clean up my active query list, but I don't want to do so if it means I'm withdrawing officially, if that makes sense.
