@JackHargrave No problem, I found it on their submission page. My only quandary is they say “email us,” which suggests not using QM, however they don’t provide an agency-wide email.

Here’s the spiel for other people’s reference:

If four weeks have passed and you have not received a reply to your query, please email us with a reminder for a status update on your query. It’s faster and easier to include the original query with your reminder.
