I queried Molly on November 4 while she was still at The Bent Agency. When she moved to David Higham a month later, I was worried it meant my query wouldn't be considered as I'd already sent it to someone else there.
On January 3, I sent her an email notifying her of a full request I'd received (as per agency policy.) Today I got this response:
Dear [name],
Somewhere in my move from the Bent Agency to David Higham Associates last month, I saw an email from you saying you'd had an offer of rep. The move to a new email address/system has been messy, and I can't find that email now, so I hope I wasn't imagining it. Congratulations on the offer; I'm stepping aside, but I so appreciate that you thought of me and wish you the very best luck with the publishing process.
All best,
Molly
Well, I didn't get an offer, but I suppose if she was interested she would have followed up regardless. Anyway, it was good to get a response. This also seems to answer the question of whether queries made while she was at Bent will still be considered.

If we queried an agent at DHA before Molly joined, can we still query Molly, or does the "a no from one is a no from all" thought still apply to her? TIA :)

Queried upmarket fiction with (alt-) historical elements to Martha on January 8th.
