When I've encountered conflicting guidelines, I call the agency and ask. But if you don't call, you won't be wrong by just sending what is listed on the Regal Hoffman website. I usually consider what is on PM as stale information, simply because most agents don't seem to have the time to respond to queries--I doubt they are keeping information fresh across various platforms. Most have probably forgotten their passwords.

The guidelines on the Regal Hoffman website say to send a query letter, synopsis, and first 10 pages in the body of the email. Paul's publisher's marketplace page says to send a query letter with the full manuscript as an attachment. Does anyone know which approach is correct?
