Not sure what the issue some here have with this agent's disclosure about who she wants to work with/ issues she avoids

She won awards for helping advance marginalized creators and hopes to help the BIPOC community. That sounds great to me as a biracial author.

She doesn't want to see animal cruelty in books. That's a huge win for most of us and especially for me as an animal rights activist with such themes in my work

She also doesn't like genocide or Netanyahu and doesn't want to work with those who support colonialism or land theft. I am totally for that.and as a human being I am stunned anyone supports what's going on in the M.E

And she has an absolute right to like certain books and topics and dislike other topics. As an agent she absolutely can be an activist just as an author can be an activist and try to sensitize readers to things like racism, environmentalism, colonialism, genocide, issues with capitalism, animal rights and feminism.

Art has always been used to promote change. This is now a surprise? Some of the best books in history are the 'best' because they dealt with such things. If anything, I would like to see more books with subtext/ themes on deeper issues. Although, once and a while I do enjoy a simple, great yarn.

Nobody is "enforcing their beliefs on anyone".

Another case of an agent forgetting they're an agent, not an activist or an enforcer of their beliefs on others, hard pass.
