Angel, Flip Brophy is president of Sterling Lord, does not accept unsolicited queries, and focuses on non-fiction. If she does deign to reply, she will do so about nine months later. I had her as an agent years ago on another project, and she's a literary snob. Don't waste your time.

WOw, I'm the first one here. 10/6, I've queried her. Two weeks ago, I nudged her. Now it's closed/no response. Will requery her in 2012 and query Guinsler next month.
