Pass within a couple hours with the same note as CaitlinCherise.
"I noticed that you had previously submitted this project to another agent at our agency. Please note, a decline from one agent isn't necessarily a rejection from all of our agents, as we will sometimes share submissions; however, it's much less likely that the same project will receive a request."
I had queried Rebecca a couple months ago but have also since aged up my project to another age category. Neither Jordy nor Rebecca gave reason for their pass in my case.

Came to say I was rejected in a couple hours with the same message so while its not "policy" that a no from 1 is a no from all, it seems to walk and talk that way.

Those company doesn't seem to be excepting anything, really. I think it's a hobby for them. Thier list is low and the request rates are low.
