They never responded to my queries. Even after I received interests from other agents and publishers, they didn't respond. From what I am hearing they only respond if you have an offer from another agent. Which I think is unfair - they seem to make other agents do the job for them.

I informed of MS requests from Jenny Bent and Jane Dystel and still no reply (didn't get offers on those either but lovely feedback!)
Madeleine seems only to have made one manuscript request/offer in the last 90 days.

I received an offer from Shanika Hyslop, who just joined Madeleine's agency. I ultimately went with another offer, but Shanika was awesome and the agency as a whole seems great. Very organized with a great vision for their authors. I recommend submitting to Shanika for those open to new agents. She doesn't have any sales yet, but that won't be the case for long! She's a former editor and really knows the business well.
