I didn't get this 3 months ago when I sent my initial query. I emailed with a follow up/nudge and recieved this:
"Thank you for your message. Due to the volume of submissions received, I am unable to respond individually to each query.
If you receive an offer of representation, please let me know. If you don't hear back from me within four weeks feel free to query

Assistant pointed out two areas that may require development and that Susan doesn't have the bandwidth for taking on structural edits for a new client. Turns out that assistant is also building her list, but that's not someone I would query.
