Maria is a real agent. However, I got a scam letter apparently from her asking about my recent works. Suspicious, I came here after finding her website via google. The website I found via google was cloned from her agency's website but the formatting was different and all the verbiage was not exactly the same. In the age of AI you must be diligent. The first line of the scam notice on this site warns if an agent emails you out of the blue it is a scam.
It appears ai can very closely clone an entire agency's website too.
