Hi Patrick, The Aevitas website mentions that the agents whose names don't appear in their drop-down menu are currently closed to queries. As @ScribbleM mentioned, Ms. Jane von Mehren's name doesn't appear in the menu though her form link takes us to that page. She might be closed to queries.
