Nudged with offer of rep.
2nd Nov: Reply from Camilla's assistant apologising for delay in reply (due to email glitch) and saying that although they were fans of my writing, they eventually had to conclude it wasn't right for Camilla's list. Said if I haven't found an agent this round, I should query them again with anything else I write. Very kind.

Email query sent 1st Sept 2022.
Updated with full manuscript request 21st Nov 2022 (although she doesn't request them, the agency does say to chase if you haven't heard within 12 weeks. As 12 weeks is almost up, seemed sensible to update).
No response at 12 weeks, CNR 28th Nov 2022.
Responded on 2nd Feb, and can see above that other rejections were sent that day, too.

Dear [XXX],
Thank you for giving the Darley Anderson Literary, TV and Film Agency a chance to consider your work. We hope you're keeping well.
Apologies for the delay — I'm afraid we experienced some problems with our system which meant your email was marked as responded to.
Camilla has read your submission, and while she enjoyed it, I’m very sorry to let you know she has decided that [XXXXX] is not right for her list.
We receive over 600 submissions a week and can only take on a select number of new writers every year. The result is that we must be incredibly selective, so please do not be too disheartened. Another agent may well feel differently.
Wishing you the very best of luck,
Josephine
