AGENT requires a bespoke submission that requires some effort that seems to result in a lot of CNR's. I have sent her some constructive criticism as i felt it sadly justified based on my experience and those noted by others.

Dear Priya,

Please withdraw (TITLE) from consideration and delete the submitted materials from your records.

Your submission guidance states that decisions are usually made within two weeks. That period has long since passed, and I have received neither a decision nor any acknowledgement that my bespoke submission package was received. This level of communication does not align with what I would need from a working relationship with an agent, so I have concluded that the agency is not the right fit for me. I will not be submitting further work to you.

Given the amount of bespoke material you require from querying authors, I would also suggest introducing an automatic acknowledgement of receipt as a basic courtesy, along with a standard rejection response when a submission is not being taken forward.

Please confirm receipt of this withdrawal.

Best wishes,
