Responded saying she was not the right person, she said I have a well written proposal but she has major issues with homeschooling and couldn't be enthusiastic to represent me.
Nice enough, odd rejection

Told me the story sounded interesting, but then immediately asked if I had the same 'identity' as the story's protagonist. When I responded, she ghosted.

I suppose that counts as a rejection - of me personally, rather than the pages, though. Nice.

Full request within 24 hours. Honest in her request, though, regarding her level of interest is mixed. She finds the premise intriguing but not sure how it will meld together. I guess this means that both she and I don't know what to expect next.
