She seems like an incredibly kind agent, and I'm sure she's wonderful to her clients. That being said, she seemingly forgot to remove the note to personalize my form rejection (didn't receive any feedback in it). I received a letter with a giant PERSONALIZE in the center where the personalization was supposed to go. Not sure how to feel about that but it is funny
