Asked for a full request. 542 days later and no response, I'm closing it.
I will note, 60 days after sending the full and no response, I followed up. her response:
"I respond to all queries, and certainly to all full manuscripts, so if you haven't heard from me, I am still considering it."
I'm not all that confident in a reply at this point. and besides, its been well over a year and I've made substantial edits since then....
