@esabi If there is another agent at the agency you believe is a good fit, I would probably withdraw your query with Sandy and submit to the other agent with a comment in your query letter about having withdrawn a query from Sandy. My understanding is that agents can see same-agency query history on QM so it might be good to transparently acknowledge it…but if you’ve not received a rejection I would assume you’d be safe to withdraw/submit to someone else since they do not actually have a stated policy of CNR. Even if the second person rejects it anyway, my philosophy is, what do you have to lose at this point anyway, if you were only going to languish indefinitely with no reply?

Queried 50 days ago. I don't see many people getting responses in 2024. This is a "no from one is a no from all agency", too. If I don't get a rejection, can I query another agent here?
