Is it even worth putting in the agonizing time to query if they don't even have a space to submit a sample? Query writing and fiction writing seem to be completely different skills/styles.

On their website, this agency posted "We work primarily with nonfiction writers, and are especially interested in projects in the following areas...", but their splash page says "Marilyn Allen and Coleen O'Shea focus on core nonfiction categories and featured fiction projects." So they are or are not taking fiction?
